HOW TO PURCHASE:
Our products are sold strictly through our distributor network.  To obtain any products seen here contact your local promotional products distributor.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
All orders will be acknowledged by fax. Please advise us immediately of any discrepancy as your order will be processed according to the information that appears on the acknowledgement.

SET UP CHARGE:
All orders except exact repeats will be subject to a set up charge of $35.00(G). BONUS!! If you supply 100% complete camera ready layout to size (including logo and copy), your set up charge will be $10.00(G) off or $25.00(G). 4-Color Process set up: $35.00(G)

SECOND COLOR:
Minimum 500 pieces. Add the applicable set up charge of $35.00(G), or $25.00(G) for camera ready layout, plus .14(G) per piece running charge. Add .30(G) per piece running charge for items FF3 and 10-T. NOTE: Due to material flexibility, we cannot print exact registration. Please allow 1/16” float between colors.

SECOND SIDE:
Second side imprint available on cork, felt, Retread and sponge. Add the applicable set up charge and additional .14(G) per piece running charge. Add .28(G) per piece running charge for 4-color process items. Add .30(G) per piece running charge for items FF3 and 10-T.

EXCESSIVE COPY:
$2.50(G) per line if our Art Department has to typeset any lines in excess of four.

ELECTRONIC ART:
Email art must be minimum 300 dpi and saved as an eps, ai, wmf, emf, pdf, tif or psd file with all text converted to paths, curves or outlines. We cannot reproduce halftones, gradients or internet graphics. Please fax a copy of the art for comparison. Minimum font size is 8 point sans serif (i.e. Arial, Helvetica) and 10 point for serif fonts (i.e. Times New Roman, Garamond). Please add one point size for cork products. Programs used in house: Adobe Illustrator CS2, Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Corel V12.

COPY CHANGE:
For each copy change add $25.00(G). Minimum per change - 300 pieces.

STANDARD INK COLORS:
Black, reflex blue, red, green, burgundy. White ink available on coffee faux suede, jar openers (dark item colors) and Retread recycled jar openers only. PMS match as close as possible at no extra charge. NEW! 4-color process imprint now available on ivory faux suede coasters and white compressed sponges.

INK CHANGE:
Each change of ink color $25.00(G). Minimum per change - 300 pieces.

MINIMUM QUANTITY:
Less than minimum is not available. Absolute minimum is 300 pieces. Absolute minimum for items 10-T and FF3 is 100 pieces.

FAX PROOF:
A fax or black and white email proof will be provided at $5.00(G). Virtual proofs are available on most items at $12.50(G).

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF:
An actual product proof will be $35.00(G) per color.

SPECIAL PACKAGING:

CUSTOM SHAPES:
Most items in our catalog can be custom designed. Call for further information.

OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS:
We make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered.

FREE SAMPLES:
Random samples sent via US mail. Please supply us with your UPS or FedEx number for expedited shipping.

SHIPPING:
All orders are FOB factory in Massachusetts. Unless otherwise specified on order we will ship best way based on time, destination and weight. (No COD’s please!)

PRODUCTION TIME:
Our normal production time is 7-10 days.

RUSH SHIPMENTS:
We make every effort to provide 3-5 day RUSH service at no charge on all our products. Please be advised that you may be asked to authorize overnight or second-day shipping service in order to meet your in-hand date. We will do everything in our power to avoid these air charges.

24 HOUR EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Order must be for 2,000 pieces or less with a 1 color imprint. Camera ready art and completed purchase order must arrive at the factory by 5pm EST. Air shipments only please.

DROP SHIPMENTS:
Add $4.00(G) per address for less than minimum.
